Nikki began her yoga practice in 2008 at her local gym . It transformed the way she viewed life and she knew right from the first class that she wanted to teach yoga so that others could experience their own transformation.
Nikki began her yoga studies at Yogalife Institute in Devon, now in King of Prussia. Nikki completed 200 hour teacher training in 2011 and also became a level I Reiki Practitioner in that same year. Nikki is also a nurse who has spent 9 years as a hospice nurse, where she is able to use yoga and Reiki to benefit her patients and families. Nikki is devoted to teach yoga as exercise for the soul. She is a wife and mother to two children and resides in Ardmore, PA.

Vinyasa Strength Flow
This class is designed for yogis that want to build spiritual strength through yoga asanas (poses).
Poses will be held longer, and this class will also prepare you for inversions, arm balance, and back bends.
